Returns
Items returned within 30 days from the parcel signed date, which is in the same condition as original, will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Great News: Now the stitching is free, sinc Dec 6, 2021.
Notice:
Normally, if our clients place an order in 100pcs per style (any color and sizes), we can stitch your own brand label on the clothing during production for free.
Our production is previously finished in stock and our stitching people need to take extra time to take out the clothing, stitch the labels and make repacking which costs lots of time. Because it took too much time to add the labels for the small orders, we charge 0.35usd for customized brand label stitching.
The USD0.35 is for 1pcs brand label, a 2-pcs set may need 2 pcs brand labels to be stitched.
If you find it hard to decide how many stitching fees is needed, you can buy the label stitching service according to the total amount of clothes in your shopping cart, no worries, our QC workers and accountant will do the check after shipment, we will charge the stitching fee based on how many brand labels are used in the order.
1-Before you buy the customized brand label stitching service, please purchase customized brand label first. Purchasing link as below

2-After you placed order for the Customized Brand Label, please send us your brand name design through E-mail (to service@shestar.com).
3-Customized brand label production time: 10-15days upon approval of the brand label sample by photo.
